Sample Solutions
Coffee packaging bag sampling is complex and costly, a common industry pain point. This primarily stems from factors such as plate-making, color-matching during printing, debugging of special processes, and the allocation of fixed costs for small-batch production. Even producing just 1-2 samples incurs comparable time and costs to a small pilot run (1,000–5,000 units).
Sample production also requires undergoing complex processes including plate-making, printing, laminating, curing, cutting, and bag-making. Hundreds of meters of raw materials are typically required.
